- 1. Side support on one arm.
- 2. Swing (kick) one leg to show Capoeira (angle of legs between 90°-180°) in one arm support with lower leg at least parallel to the floor.
- 3. Push the body up into airborne.
- 4. Twist forward 90° in airborne to end in Push-up.
- Lower leg must be at least parallel to the floor.
