D 265 : ILLUSION TO VERTICAL SPLIT

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- From standing position on one leg, one leg is lifted upward to initiate a 360° vertical circle.
- Simultaneously the body rotates and turns 360° on the supporting leg. One hand touches the floor, beside the supporting foot.
- Vertical split
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full rotation of the free leg without hopping (170° minimum).
- The foot of the supporting leg in vertical split position or in free vertical split position must remain in contact with the floor.
- Must be performed without a fall
