SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

HELICOPTER 1/1 TURN  1/1 TWIST AIRBONE TO PU
HELICOPTER 1/1 TURN 1/1 TWIST AIRBONE TO PU
  1. Straddle sit.
     
  2. Perform Helicopter. Turn 360° while performing a Helicopter
     
  3. The leading leg crosses over the other leg to initiate the rotation.
    One arm is on the floor at the beginning of the movement.
    As the leading leg circles over the body the hand is lifted and push the whole body into the airborne phase. Perform a 360° twist airborne.
     
  4. Land in Push-Up

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • The ending position must be facing the same direction as the starting position. (except helicopter half turn to split = opposite position)
  • Must be performed without fall.
  • Landing in Split position, both hands must be on each side of the body on the floor.
