- 1. Straddle Sit.
- 2. The leading leg crosses over the other leg to initiate the rotation, one arm on the floor at the beginning of the movement. Perform a 360° turn on back.
- 3. Push up, facing the same direction as the starting seated.
- ● Starting from leading leg crossing the other leg.
- ● Leg circles must be shown.
- ● Hands/arms must not hold the legs during the rotation.
- Mustcomplete minimum of 3/4 rotation.
