C 246 : COSSACK JUMP ½ TWIST TO PUSH UP

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- A Vertical Jump to Cossack position.
- Then the body inclines and twists 180° prepares for landing.
- Landing in Push up, facing the opposite direction from the start.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Legs at least parallel to the floor
- All elements must be performed without a fall.
- All elements in Group C landing in PU, hands and feet must land at the same time.
