C 194 : GAINER  ½ TWIST TO FRONTAL SPLIT OR PRONE SPLIT
1. From standing

2. Perform a Gainer 1/2 twist.

3. Land in Frontal Split or Prone Split.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Hands and feet must touch the floor at the same time.

Missed turns 90° or more (till 180°) will reduce the difficulty value by 0.1 point
