- 1. Straddle Planche. Hold for 2 seconds.
- 2. Bend the arms, placing one leg laterally forwards to the Lifted Wenson.
- 3. Return to Straddle Planche, Hold for 2 seconds.
- Must be held for 2-seconds during the skill.
- The upper body (above waist) must not exceed 20° above the horizontal.
