- Straddle.
- Perform a Helicopter.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Starting from leading leg crossing the other leg.
- Leg circles must be supported on back.
- Must complete minimum of 3/4 rotation.
- The ending position must be facing the same direction as the starting position.
