SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

GAINER 2 ½ TWIST TO SPLIT
  1. From standing
     
  2. Perform a Gainer with 900° twist.
     
  3. Land in Split.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • All elements must be performed without a fall.
  • All elements in Group C landing in PU, hands and feet must land at the same time.
