- 1. A one-foot take-off with one straight leg forward, turning 180°.
- 2. Leading leg must show minimum 45°above the floor before switch.
- 3. While airborne legs switch to show a Split with ½ turn (180°).
- 4. Land on both feet, facing the same direction from the starting position.
