- 1. A one-foot take-off Leap.
- 2. Leading leg must show minimum 45°above the floor before switch.
- 3. While airborne, the legs switch to show a Split.
- 4. Land on the foot of the leading leg.
- ● Straight leading leg at least 45°to the floor.
