SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- A Vertical Jump with 720° turn.
- While airborne, the legs are fully stretched and show a Split.
- Landing with feet together facing the same direction from the start.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All elements must be performed without a fall.
- The turn must be completed minimum of 3/4 of the last turn or the element will be downgraded to the next lower value.
- Frontal Split form must be shown with legs at least parallel to the floor.
