HIGH V SUPPORT REVERSE CUT ½ TURN TO SPLIT
HIGH V SUPPORT REVERSE CUT ½ TURN TO SPLIT
  1. High V support.
     
  2. Extending the legs upward and forward, push the floor and perform a straddle-cut with flight phase to a front support while turning 1800.
     
  3. Simultaneously, open the legs in frontal plane.
     
  4. Frontal Split

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Back parallel to the floor  
• Airborne phase.  
• Must be performed without fall
• Landing in Split position, both hands must be on each side of the body on the floor.
