SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- A Balance turn where one leg is lifted to either a sagittal or frontal balance and is supported by one hand.
- 11 /2 turns (540°) must be performed.
- Optional placement of the free arm.
- Free Vertical Split.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All turns must be performed on the ball of the foot without hopping
- The foot of the supporting leg in vertical split position or in free vertical split position must remain in contact with the floor.
