SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

STRADDLE V-SUPPORT 2/1 TURN
  1. Straddle V-support.
     
  2. The body turns 720°.
     
  3. Changing hands on the floor up to 8 times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • All elements in Group B must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall.
  • Without touching the floor
