SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
			 -   			One arm front support. 
 -   			Pushing off the floor, the body is lifted upwards in order to allow it to pike while airborne. 
 -   			The pike requires vertical legs and knees close to the chest. 
 - Show a Wenson push up when both hands and foot make contact with the floor
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
					 A-FRAME 
• Hands and feet must leave the floor at the same time
• Pike position (90°minimum) in airborne phase
