FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE SAGITAL HIGH LEG KICKS VERTICAL 1/1 TURN
  1. Standing, feet together.
     
  2. Four alternatives Sagittal High leg Kicks Vertical, toe above head height with a full turn (360°).
     
  3. Standing, feet together, optional arms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 170° minimum
