D 302 : FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE SAGITAL HIGH LEG KICKS VERTICAL
  1. Standing, feet together.
     
  2. Four alternative Sagittal High leg Kicks, toe at shoulder height
     
  3. Standing, feet together, optional arms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 170° minimum
