SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- Standing on one leg.
- A full turn (360°) is performed.
- Optional placement of the free leg and arms.
- Standing on one or both legs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All elements in Family VII must be performed with rotation toward the same direction of the supporting leg (en dedans).
- All elements in Family VII must be performed without hopping.
- Must be performed on the ball of the foot.
