SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- 1 Arm Straddle support.
- The body turns 180° on 1 arm.
- Hold for 2 seconds, at the start, during or end of the turns.
- The turn is performed with only one arm support on the spot.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall / touch.
- Touching the floor more than one time will be considered as a FALL.
