A 327 : CAPOEIRA REVERSE ½ TWIST AIRBORNE  TO PUSH UP
1. Capoeira.

2. Legs come together in line with the body and head, while the supporting arm pushes the body upwards.

3. The body performs ½ twist before landing.

4. The free hand does not touch the floor until the end of the skill. 5. Push up.

Must be performed with an airborne phase before the element is completed
