SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- Only one hand in contact with the floor.
- Legs are together, parallel to the floor and in line with the spine.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- The body line must not exceed 20° above parallel.
- Optional placement of the free arm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All elements in Group B must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall.
- The straight body must not exceed 20° above the horizontal.
