SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
BALANCE 1/1 TURN TO FREE VERTICAL SPLIT
A Balance turn where one leg is lifted to either a sagittal or frontal balance and is supported by one hand.
A full turn (360°) must be performed. Optional placement of the free arm.
Free Vertical Split.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
All turns must be performed on the ball of the foot without hopping The foot of the supporting leg in vertical split position or in free vertical split position must remain in contact with the floor.
