SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
BALANCE 3/1 TURNS
A Balance turn where one leg is lifted in either a sagittal or frontal balance and is supported by one hand.
2/1full turns(1080°) must be performed. Optional placement of the free arm.
Standing on one or both legs.

• All turns must be performed on the ball of the foot without hopping.
