SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
A Balance turn where one leg is lifted in either a sagittal or frontal balance and is supported by one hand.
1 1/2 turns (540°) must be performed.
Optional placement of the free arm
Standing on one or both legs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• All turns must be performed on the ball of the foot without hopping.
