  1. Starting with sagittal split position with body upright. 2. Upper body bends forward to the front leg until the chest touches with arms holding the front leg. 3. Make a side roll with sagittal split position with body forward. 4. Ending after one roll (rotation).   ● Show minimum of 160° between the legs during the skill.
