1. A one- foot take-off Scissors Leap 1/1 turn. 2. Leading leg must show minimum 45°above the floor before switch. 3. While airborne, the legs switch to show a Split. 4. Then the body inclines and prepares for landing. 5. Landing in Sagittal Split, facing the same direction from the start. ● Leading leg at least 45° to the floor. ● Switch action must be shown in the airborne phase.
