1. A one-foot take-off with one straight leg forward, turning 180°. 2. Leading leg must show minimum 45°above the floor before switch. 3. While airborne the legs switch to show a Split. 4. Land on both feet, facing the opposite direction from the start. ● Leading leg at least 45° to the floor. ● Switch action must be shown in the airborne phase.
