SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
SCISSORS LEAP 1/1 TURN TO SPLIT
A one- foot take off Scissors Leap ½ turn.
Then the body performs 1/1 turn in the vertical position;
Landing in Split or Frontal Split.
Then the body performs 1/1 turn in the vertical position;
Landing in Split or Frontal Split.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
All elements must be performed without a fall. The turn must be completed minimum of 3/4 of the last turn or the element will be downgraded to the next lower value. Leading leg at least 45°to the floor. Switch action must be shown in the airborne phase
