SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
SCISSORS LEAP
A one foot take off with one straight leg forward, turning 180° to split leap.
While airborne the legs switch in order to show a Split.
Land on one Leg.
While airborne the legs switch in order to show a Split.
Land on one Leg.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
All elements must be performed without a fall. The turn must be completed minimum of 3/4 of the last turn or the element will be downgraded to the next lower value. Leading leg at least 45°to the floor. Switch action must be shown in the airborne phase
