1 Arm Straddle support.
The body turns 360°.
Hold for 2 seconds, at the start, during or end of the turn.
The turn is performed with only one arm support on the spot.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be held for 2 seconds, and performed without fall / touch. Touching the floor more than one time will be considered as a FALL.
