1. Straddle Sit. 2. While performing a Helicopter, body turns 360° on back. 3. Push up into airborne phase with 360° twist, land in push up facing the same direction as the starting seated. ● Starting from leading leg crossing the other leg. ● Leg circles must be shown. ● Hands/arms must not hold the legs during the rotation. Mustcomplete minimum of 3/4 rotation.
