1. Straddle Sit. 2. The leading leg crosses over the other leg to initiate the rotation, one arm on the floor at the beginning of the movement. Perform a 360° turn on back. 3. Push up, facing the same direction as the starting seated. ● Starting from leading leg crossing the other leg. ● Leg circles must be shown. ● Hands/arms must not hold the legs during the rotation. Mustcomplete minimum of 3/4 rotation.
