FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE SAGITAL HIGH LEG KICKS VERTICAL 1 ½ TURN
  1. Standing, feet together.
     
  2. Four alternative Sagittal High leg Kicks Vertical, toe above head height with 1 ½ turn (540°).
     
  3. Standing, feet together, optional arms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 170° minimum
