SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- Standing on one leg, free leg must be straight
- 2/1 full turns (720°) with a heel of the free leg forward at horizontal throughout the turn
- Optional placement of the arms
- Vertical Split
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- All turns must be performed on the ball of the foot without hopping, one leg in horizontal position.
- The foot of the supporting leg in vertical split position or in free vertical split position must remain in contact with the floor.
