SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- A one foot take off Scissors Leap ½ turn.
- Then the body maintains the vertical position in order to prepare the landing.
- Landing in Split.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Split position 170 °
- All elements must be performed without a fall.
- All elements in Group C landing in Split position, both hands must be on each side of the body on the floor.
