C 337 : ½ TURN STRADDLE JUMP TO PUSH UP

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
- A Vertical Jump with a 180° turn into Straddle.
- Then the body inclines and prepares for landing.
- Landing in Push up.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Legs at least parallel to the floor
- All elements must be performed without a fall.
- All elements in Group C landing in PU, hands and feet must land at the same time
